Welcome to Waseley Hills Crematorium

Thank you for visiting the website for our Waseley Hills Crematorium, which opened in January 2022.

The crematorium serves the communities of South Birmingham, Bromsgrove and North Worcestershire by not only reducing journey times, but also offering the bereaved a choice of where to say their final farewell to a loved one.

The crematorium is nestled in the an area of the Waseley Hills and enjoys uninterrupted views of the surrounding landscape of rolling open hills, hedgerows, pastures and pockets of woodland, providing a peaceful and special setting for services.

Families are able to find comfort in the peacefulness and tranquillity offered by a beautifully landscaped Garden of Remembrance, ideal setting for a loved one’s memorial.

Waseley Hills Crematorium is the development of Westerleigh Group, the UK’s largest independent owner-operator of crematoria and cemeteries, with 35 sites across England, Scotland and Wales, all set within beautifully-landscaped gardens of remembrance which provide pleasant, peaceful places for people to visit and reflect. Westerleigh’s core objective is to deliver exceptional care in a beautiful setting so that families can remember, mourn and celebrate the lives of their loved ones in a way that’s uniquely personal. The Group cares for more than 50,000 funerals every year.
