If you’re grieving the loss of a loved one and looking for ways to help manage your feelings, why not try our art workshop? There are different ways of coping with the loss of a loved one and art can help to communicate feelings when words are insufficient or too painful.

Our creative art workshops provide a sensitive, non-judgmental and creative environment where you can immerse yourself in a simple art activity, find new thoughts and meet people in a similar situation to you.
